You are making an investment in your community. ⭐️For every $100 spent locally it is estimated that between $63 to $70 returns back to your community. ⭐️Small local businesses often support other local businesses like suppliers, services, manufacturers, makers & growers... ⭐️Jobs are created within your community. ⭐️Local small businesses support local not-for-profits & sponsor local kids teams, donate to silent auctions within their communities 250% more than larger businesses. It’s good for the environment. ➡️Shopping locally cuts down on packaging and fuel consumption. ➡️They are often within walking distance, cutting down your carbon footprint even more. ➡️There is less food waste when you buy produce, dairy and meat from local producers. As things open up we have an opportunity to reimagine how we support businesses both big and small. Let’s make every dollar we spend help rebuild our communities and support our neighbours & friends.
