Once you’ve mastered posting regularly on Instagram, why not start sharing posts from other pages in your stories? It’s really Instagrams only way of sharing right now. Next step, add new life into your own older posts by sharing them in your stories. Next step, introduce HIGHLIGHTS! They are the round circles across the top of the profile page. They give you the opportunity to organize your posts & stories so that they are easier for your followers to access. If you have recipes, tips & tricks or inspirational quotes you can now organize them here. Here's how to get started: ✺ Create some HIGHLIGHT covers in CANVA. There are some great FREE templates that you can access, PRO tip: make sure that your graphic is centered so that it shows up nicely. ✺ Add your newly created HIGHLIGHT cover to your stories, and once it has uploaded at the bottom of the post there is the word “Highlight”, click on that and then you have the option of “Highlight Cover” click on that and add a title. Keep It Short & Simple. 💋 ✺ Once you have a HIGHLIGHT cover you can now add stories to that highlight. PRO tip: when you create a story that you want to add to one of the HIGHLIGHTS, you have to click on HIGHLIGHTS at the bottom of the post and then pick where you want it to go. If this all sounds a bit confusing, I promise it’s not. If you need some hand holding to get to this next level, give me a shout.
