FREE IMAGES YOU CAN USE FOR BUSINESSES

Creating great content means using beautiful images. In the olden days it cost quite a bit of money to access these images. Although I don't love the impact that access to free photos has on photographers & their businesses, that is a discussion for another day.

Adding a photograph to a blog post or social media post automatically boosts your post's standing in search engines. It's a small thing but an important thing  to help you show up online.
PRO TIP: If you are using an image on your website it's important to add the alt-text to it. This not only helps people with disabilities access the information on your site but it helps with your SEO, which is always the goal! What's alt-text you ask? It's the data behind your image that shows up when you hover over an image or if you have special software because you can't access the images visually. It was originally used to make websites more accessible and because of that makes it more desirable for search engines.
